Varun Dhawan confirms that he is positive for Covid -19. He says that he could have been more careful towards the situation. He is currently shooting for the film Jug Jug Jeeyo in Chandigarh. Varun was in Chandigarh only. When he came to know about being positive and is right now quarantine in the city itself. He has also been sharing the updates of how is keeping in touch with his friends being quarantine. Varun shares a screenshot on Instagram of video calls with his friends. He writes ‘VITAMIN FRIENDS’ while sharing the screenshot.
He says that the production was caring for every single thing but nothing is as such certain when it comes to Covid -19. Varun believes that he should have been more careful regarding this. He says that many of his family, friends and fans are sending get well soon messages. And is also keeping his spirits high. He paid gratitude to everyone for caring about the him and understanding the circumstances.
Not only him but Neetu Kapoor (co-star), Raj Mehta (director) also tests positive. While Anil Kapoor and Kiara Advani are tested negative. According to some sources close to Neetu Kapoor’s family told that she flew back to Mumbai as Ranbir Kapoor made arrangements for her, While Varun and Raj Mehta are quarantine in Chandigarh only.
