Kapil Sharma is a comedian and actor. His fitness trainer has been training him for five and half years. He opens up about the weight woes of Kapil Sharma. Yogesh Bhateja while having conversation says that Kapil always complain about losing the weight. Yogesh Bhateja was earlier the fitness trainer of Neetu Kapoor, Tamannah, Sonu Sood and more. He says that after every 10-15 days Kapil complains about losing the weight. But he have to tell Kapil that being an actor he has to lose the inches. Yogesh addresses that being a punjabi Kapil is good with muscle gain, as he can easily gain it.
After that Yogesh explains the time of when Kapil had spinal injury years ago, he did had a visit to him to strengthen him. He says that Kapil Sharma was even not able to stand firmly. He say that was the time he did started experimenting to help him recover and it did too. Yogesh states that you can name it exercise and Kapil will do anything. Also he says that now after such recovery he runs 30 minutes straight at 16 kph. Yogesh also talks about Kapil’s diet and tells that he has been given more veggies as the it can be easily digested. He concludes that Kapil is on vegan diet.
