Apart from this, the weight of the patient also falls rapidly. In colon infection, the cells present on the surface of the large intestine begin to die which later causes ulcers.

Measures to keep the colon clean
To keep the colon clean, one must first drink enough water. Apart from this, consume different types of beverages like milk, curd, buttermilk, lemon water etc. according to the season and time. By doing this, it helps to keep the colon clean and the digestion healthy. Also include fiber-rich food in the diet. By doing this the digestive system remains fine, the body gets sufficient amount of energy.
