Ameesha Patel in an interview talks about her taking break from acting for one and half year. Ameesha states that even Sharukh Khan and Aamir Khan takes break for long stints. She thinks it is not too long of her taking such acting break. Ameesha became populous through Kaho Na Pyaar hai movie with Hrithik Roshan. She addresses all this in an interaction with media at Manas Bhawan on Sunday. While she was in the city of an event to attend.
Also Ameesha tells that she took such break for learning production techniques. She says – “I had done a movie in 2018 with Sunny Deol. So I have taken a gap of only one-and-half year which is not too long. “Itna gap to Shah Rukh aur Aamir Khan bhi le lete hai…,’. She says that she is going to play a double role in her upcoming movie ‘Desi Magic’. Talking about pandemic and a pause of Bollywood industry she says that once vaccination will come out, everything will be normal, she quotes – “Tab hamari industry bhi chalegi aur aapki bhi….”
Ameesha Patel on taking about censoring Web series , says – “It is up to us what we want to see. Jab life mein koi censor nahi to Bollywood mein censor kyon ho,” she futher adds – “We have to decide what we want to see and what we don’t, that’s all.”
When asked about IIFA that is about to happen in MP, Ameesha Patel states – “I wish that it should be held in all parts of the country. Why should we hold it abroad? Our country is very beautiful.” While she refused to answer the questions about recent drug histories being wandering in Bollywood industry.
