A petition has been filed in the Rajasthan High Court regarding the immediate ban on examinations of the Rajasthan Secondary Education Board from tomorrow. This petition has been filed on behalf of Rajasthan Private Education and Welfare Society Ajmer. Advocate Shailesh Nath Singh, who filed the petition, told that the education department is conducting the exam amid the growing Corana transition in the state. About 20 lakh candidates are being forced to appear in this examination. In such a situation, there is a fear among the examinees and their parents that their child may not get infected.
With the fear of infection, candidates is forced to appear in the examination. Along with the examination, now corona has also become a cause of mental stress in them. The petition also said that it has been made mandatory for children to wear masks for at least 4 hours in the examination. For which no candidate is used. Due to lack of practice of applying mask, applying the mask at 42 degree temperature in the examination hall will also have a huge impact on the quality of the student. Petitioner Kailash Sharma, president of the society, says that when the alternative exists, why is the education department putting 20 lakh students and their families at risk of infection? The petition also said that now corona-infected patients are not experiencing any symptoms. Therefore, it will also be impossible for the Department of Education to identify pre-infected children.
The petition has demanded that these examinations should be banned immediately to ensure the safety of the interests and health of the candidates and the children should be passed this year on the basis of internal assessment. It is worth noting that the remaining Class 10 and 12th examinations of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education are going to be held from tomorrow. There are more than 20 lakh students registered in these examinations who will take the exam.
