Bollywood star Sonakshi Sinha is making headlines once again, but this time it’s not for a movie role. The actress has made a significant real estate investment by acquiring a lavish apartment in the upscale Bandra locality of Mumbai. This real estate move has added another gem to her property portfolio, and the apartment comes with a hefty price tag of Rs. 11 crore in a prestigious 26-storey building.
Reported by Money Control, Sonakshi Sinha’s new property is part of the 81 Aureate project, developed by the renowned MJ Shah group, situated on KC Road. The apartment boasts a carpet area of 2,208.77 sq ft and offers an additional 348.43 sq ft of space, including a niche, lobby, servant quarters, and a toilet. Notably, the property also includes a spacious terrace spanning 1,653.67 sq ft, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
The purchase of this luxurious flat was finalized on August 29, adding to her existing real estate holdings, which reportedly include another apartment in the same project.
While Sonakshi Sinha has been making strategic investments in real estate, she continues to grace the entertainment industry with her talent. Her recent appearance was in the Prime Video web series “Dahaad,” where her performance garnered praise from audiences. Next on her horizon is a highly anticipated project with renowned filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
