There is a grief in Dhankhar family of Sonipat since they lost their 23 year old loved one. Ashok Dhankhar, father of Sagar has been in a very critical condition after he lost his rising wrestler son. He told media how passionate he was about wrestling and his career.
He considered Sushil Kumar as his Guru
Ashok Dhankhar told that his son spent more than 8 years at Chhatrasal and he was very passionate about his career in wrestling. He added that he got words from Satpal Mahabli who runs Chhatrasal Akhada that he’ll make my son a very good wrestler. “Ashok always used to get inspired from Sushil, who he considered his Guru. Despite being Guru…..” Ashok said and started crying.
