According to her statement, she states that actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s brother Minazuddin Siddiqui tries to molest a minor child in 2012. But whole family ignores this incident. While later in October, Allahabad High Court did a stay on arrest of Kick Star. They stayed the arrest of his mother Mehrunisa and his two brothers Fazazuddin and Ayazuddin too. While no such relaxation is in consideration for Minazuddin, says the counsel. Sources shares that Minazuddin has been moving a special POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act) in Mumbai. All this is being in process for seeking an anticipatory bail in the case of molesting a minor child eight years ago.
