The number of corona-positive patients in Basti is steadily increasing. Four more Corona positive patients have been found in Basti on Sunday. A total of 13 have been found infected, including one dead in Basti. While in Maharajganj it is still six.
A total of 155 samples have been tested on Saturday and Sunday. In this, 151 samples have been reported negative. This information has been given by BRD Principal Dr. Ganesh Kumar. On Saturday, 24 samples came from Basti, 27 from Siddharthnagar, 27 from Santkabirnagar and 25 from Ayodhya for testing.
Apart from this, 11 samples from Gorakhpur, four from Maharajganj and 37 samples were received from Deoria from Gorakhpur division. Out of these 112 samples were tested on Saturday. While the remaining samples were tested on Sunday.
It has four positive reports of habitation. The information has been given by the BRD to the Basti district administration. Apart from this, reports of other samples have come negative. The number of patients has increased to 12 after getting four Corona positives in Basti. At the same time, only six people involved in Tablighi Jamaat are positive in Maharajganj.
