Rasik Dave, a seasoned actor who appeared in Mahabharata, has passed away.

Rasik Dave passed away on Friday at the age of 65. A family member announced the death of actor Rasik Dave after a protracted illness. He was well-known for his roles in Hindi and Gujarati movies and television shows.

According to his mother-in-law and seasoned performer Sarita Joshi, Mr. Dave passed away on Friday night after four years of kidney problems.

Ashoke Pandit, a filmmaker, tweeted about his “”Dear buddy Rasik Dave, who was a versatile actor on theatre, television, and film, passed away from kidney failure,” the user said beside a photo of him. His wife Ketaki Dave and the rest of his family deserve our deepest sympathy. will never be forgotten.” Rasik Dave gained notoriety for his portrayal of Nand in the Mahabharat television series in the 1980s

Dipika Chikhlia, a television personality best known for her role as Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan, posted a message of sympathy on Instagram “He had a similar appearance to Raj Kiran and Chintuji and was such a joy to be around. May he rest in peace, his soul. My sympathies go out to his family.”

JD Majethia, an actor and producer, remembered Rasik Dave and sent his condolences to his family: “I was shocked and profoundly grieved to learn about Rasik Dave’s premature passing. Too soon, my brother. May God grant your family the fortitude to endure this trying time. Shanti Om.”

The role of Daksha Virani in Ekta Kapoor’s enduring television series Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is most remembered as being played by Rasik Dave’s wife Ketki Dave. Riddhi Dave is their daughter.

Rasik Dave began his career in the Gujarati movie Putra Vadhu, claims Indian Express. In addition to portraying Nand in the legendary television drama Mahabharat, he took part in Nach Baliye with Ketki in 2006. Additionally, he had experience working on stage productions. His kidney failure caused his death.
