Most of the TV channels are currently re-showing their old hit shows. Given the immense popularity of Bigg Boss 13 recently, the show was naturally chosen for repeat telecasts.
While the makers were confident of achieving good viewership, this did not happen. The show, which aired from 23 March at 10 pm, was abruptly shut down on 13 April. Instead Dance Deewane Season 1 has been telecast instead.
According to sources, “Bigg Boss 13 had connected itself to a large audience a few months back and so it was brought back, but this time things did not remain the same. Audience preferences keep changing and given the current situation, the channel would like to understand what the audience really wants to see.
They aired Bigg Boss as an experiment and is returning several old shows in the coming weeks, including ‘Balika Vadhu’. “
But now this time Bigg Boss 13 was not attracted to the viewers and that is why the channel has to stop broadcasting the show and start another show instead.
