Rishi Kapoor, admitted to Mumbai’s Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, died on Thursday after a long battle with cancer. The actor was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday morning. Celebrities from across industries mourned the demise of the veteran actor.
Amitabh Bachchan who confirmed the news with his post, now shared another post with a sketch of Rishi Kapoor. Amitabh Bachchan added a few lines to his blog post with sketches that were written in the late actor’s memory as captions of his Instagram post.
Meanwhile, Rishi Kapoor was cremated at 4 pm in the Chandwadi crematorium in Mumbai. The funeral of the veteran actor was attended by Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif and Abhishek Bachchan.
